This truck was very well maintained inside and outside but the chassis needed attention.

This story is about the importance of checking your spare tire in case you needed it stranded anywhere with a flat tire.

While speaking with this Client, we discussed the importance of flat tire readiness. We agreed we would lower the tire so we could get to the chassis areas above the spare and to oil undercoat the winch mechanism to ensure best working condition. The problem with most truck Spare tires tucked away under the pickup bed is that they're almost a forgotten critical item. Rims are usually very rusted out, the access tubes slide away from there they're supposed to be, the tires are undernflated, sometimes the schrader valve is completely rotted off, the winch mechanism does not work well or at all, and all that rust is just getting worse by the month. We took the time together to understand the tools needed, how to access the spare tire, getting it down, inspecting the parts etc, to make the owner comfortable knowing about these details. We loaded up the chassis area and winch mechanism with Oil Undercoating and you can imagine the resultant benefits.

I can not find the after pictures but believe me, the results were just like this but better since the winch had also been protected.
